Shopping for Chocolate!

 Brilyn spent the night, so after

breakfast I got her dressed and fixed

her hair!

Then, she walked to the front door

and said, "Ready to go!"

So, I asked her, "Where are we going?"

She replied, "Shopping!"

Brilyn loves to shop, so I asked her

what we were shopping for.

And her reply was,

"SHOPPING FOR CHOCOLATE!"

It was so adorable. I couldn't

resist if I had wanted to!

So, I loaded her up and we went to

Scott's House of Flowers

because they sell the prettiest

chocolate I've seen.

And THIS is what Brilyn picked out!

When it comes to shopping

she's got skills!

 

A Tall TALL Tower

Look at this silly girl!

She built a tall TALL Tower!

I had to lift her up

to put on the finishing touches.

And then

she knocked it down!

I'm actually somewhat

surprised it stood long enough to

get this picture. 

Spring Tea Party

 We found these cute little ready made

cupcakes at the grocery store.

 Grace decorated them by adding a

construction paper covered stick and

construction paper leaves.

They were so simple and CUTE!

 Just perfect for a spring tea party!

 Yum!

The girls love tea parties!

 And cute treats always make them

so much nicer!

I tried finding more of these

but when I went back to the store

they were all gone.

A seasonal item.

Oh, well.... we enjoyed them while

they lasted!

Even though they didn't last long!

Remember the BIG Box?

Remember the BIG Box?

The one the girls painted and made

into a playhouse?

Well..... THIS is what came in it!

It's a BIG Pool Slide!

Grandpa put it together but we haven't mounted

it to the deck yet - because we want the

girls to have some time to

get used to going up and down it

before pool season!

 Right now they land on the deck!

But once it gets a little warmer,

they'll be flying off into the pool!

And - this slide holds up to

250 lbs. so little ones can ride down

on Daddy's lap, if need be.

I think it'll be fun for years to come!

 

 

Look Who Has Pretty Hair

Olivia loves to have her

hair fixed!

She likes wearing a bow!

And she loves looking into

the mirror and seeing how nice

she looks when her

hair is styled pretty!

She knows she's BEAUTIFUL!

Shooting Fun

 I found a smaller BB Gun, but

it is still just a tad bit big for Grace.

But - we went shooting

and she practiced her gun safety skills.

 This little gun is new and the spring is

not yet broke in so it is hard to cock.

So, Grace shoots it and carefully hands if

back to me so I can cock it for her

to shoot again.

And while doing so, she practices

keeping her gun pointed in

a safe direction at all times.

She did GREAT!

And she made a few bulls eyes!

Two Girls on a Picnic

 Grace loves a picnic!

Olivia loves a Razor Ride!

So what could be better than

taking a Razor Ride out to

the field and having a picnic?

I just love warm spring and summer

weather! It's made for

having fun in the sun and

enjoying life!
